Exam dito, Exam dito…

Grabe kelangang lumaklak na ako ng mga caffeinated products just for me to stay awake sa aking pagbabagong buhay (ehem… I mean sa aking pag-aaral).  Garlfield ata ako sa past life ko e!…ampf… so iyon nga kailangan kong makakuha ng at least 80% na rating from our validation exam to be taken on November 23 for me to meet the required passing grade that was  set by this review center.  Hay naku! I badly need a miracle. 200 points lang ang exam na’to. Pero sa tingin ko mas madaling bumagsak pag mas konti ang items compared sa tumataginting na 500 items na binigay nila noon sa amin!

Heto pa dagdag pasakit para sa akin tong terminal competenncy exam that will be given weekly.

Realization

Probably it has been a part of my life to be depressed as if I own all the problems in the world, to be crying pails of tears as if I’m the most unfortunate creature in the universe, to be thinking of hanging my self from the ceiling so that LUISA won’t be existing in the future.(Though I really thought of ending my life I have never tried to put that idea into action. WHY? Huh no way! I still haven’t met Eunhyuk and told him how much I love him noohhh!!! Hahahaha.. Kidding aside as much as I want to end my life I am really really really afraid to DIE. I’m not ready to meet satan!) But this time, though I was a little bit depressed for a minute, I did not cry and did not think of any weird thoughts. =)

Last Thursday, I found out that my rating in our Diagnostic and Comprehensive Exam which we took last semester were failures. Actually only three in our section failed and I was one of those three. Perhaps I’m just a person who cannot live without sharing others my happy and sad moments in life. Somehow sharing with them my OA sad moments relieves the feeling of sadness in my heart. Half, maybe of our class know that I failed. Though It is not my first time to have that kind of rating however, still that news made me feel bad.

These are some of the things that they told me:

Ok lang yan marami pa namang exams. Bawi ka nalang sa susunod na compre!

Sabihin mo kay Luisa wag niya masyadong isipin yon.

Ano ka ba? Unting points na lang pala aabot ka na sa passing rate e! To talaga kung makapagisip!

Don’t be broken hearted because of this. Take that as a challenge.

If you are feeling down we are here for you. Don’t be depressed. If you failed today it doesn’t mean you’ll fail for the rest of your exams ok?

They may not know but those things that my classmates/friends told me somehow made me feel better. Wake up call na ba itech??  Ok I can not promise not to cry over these kind of things.  Hmmm.. I’ll try my best to be like hermione.. =) for a better me…

**Please pray for me**

Jang Geun Seok’s Accident

It’s been belatedly revealed that Jang Geun-seok, playing musical genius extraordinaire in MBC’s Wednesday-Thursday hit Beethoven Virus, was recently involved in an auto accident.

His management company issued a statement on November 2 giving the general facts of the accident: it occurred last week in the city of Incheon at an intersection. The vehicle Jang had been riding in was waiting at a traffic signal when it was hit by another vehicle making a turn. Jang’s auto was “very damaged.”

His management added, “The car driven by a fortysomething woman had been making a left turn even though the light had already changed. Instead, she ignored the light and kept driving, and hit Jang Geun-seok’s car.”

Jang headed to the hospital directly following the accident and was declared fine with no big injuries; he suffered merely muscle aches. Following a consultation with his own doctor, he returned to work.

Mag-iisang buwan na pala mula ng ikasal si Kwon Sang Woo na nakilala ko sa MY TUTOR FRIEND at STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN.   They got married on September 28 this year at Shilla Hotel(malamang sa Seoul to.. He should have told me that he’s gonna marry para naman di ako nagulat gulat ng ganito! lol XD

Speaking of him…

New groom Kwon Sang-woo was ranked number two in a recent survey that asked Japanese women to choose the best young Asian actors.

According to Phantom Entertainment, Kwon placed second in the survey conducted by “SmaSTATION,” a popular show on Asahi TV. The show is hosted by a member of the popular Japanese idol group SMAP. The recent survey was conducted on 500 Japanese women.

Taiwan’s F4 took the number one spot while China’s Jay Chou took the number three spot. Song Seung-heon and Lee Jun-ki ranked fourth and sixth, respectively.

Kung Fu Dunk

Genre:
Action, Comedy

Casts:
Jay Chou
Baron Chen
Charlene Choi
Eric Tsang
Will Liu
Wilson Chen

The film revolves around an orphaned boy who grew up in a kung fu university and becomes a talented basketball player. The youngster, Fang Shi Jie (Jay Chou) grew up at the Kung-Fu School. He practiced excellent Kung-Fu and is equipped with good skills. When he is punished by his principal to stay on the streets for one night, he demonstrates his incredible accuracy to a down-and-out hustler, Wang Li. On the pretext of helping him search for his family, Wang Li invites him to play basketball at ‘First University’ as the new star of its basketball team. Meanwhile, Wang Li capitalizes on media interest in Shi-Jie to make money via interviews and news articles.

After joining the basketball team, Shi-Jie finds that Li-Li (Lily) (Charlene Choi) whom he had admired for a long time is the sister of Ting Wei (Bo-Lin Chen), the leader of the basketball team. Shi Jie is desperate to draw her attention. Therefore, he attempts to compete with Xiao Lan (Baron Chen), who is Li-Li’s idol. The competition between Shi Jie and Xiao Lan generates an unstable atmosphere within the team. After Ting Wei counsels Shi Jie, the basketball team becomes more unified. Meanwhile, he helped Shi Jie combine his foundation of Kung-Fu skills into basketball techniques, which in turn brings his skills into full play and helps the team win many rounds of the inter-varsity tournament.

By the time of the finals, the major competitor faced by Shi Jie and his team members is the team led by Lee Tien. Lee used to be on the First University basketball team alongside Ting Wei and Xiao Lan, but became arrogant and was lured to their competitor’s camp. The competing team comprised of players who had been banned from all basketball games in Japan. The competing university also bribed the referee of the final game. Although Wang Li had enlisted the aid of Shi Jie’s kung-fu teachers, the opposing team had put in place a number of measures to prevent First University from winning, up to and including injuring First University’s star players Shi-Jie, Ting Wei and Xiao Lan. Thus, due to both unscrupulous fouls from the opposing team and the referee’s biased decisions and outright interference, First University is defeated. Unwilling to admit defeat to such unjust conditions, Shi Jie recalls a technique his first teacher had utilized, and manages to turn back the clock. Eventually, First University wins fair and square.

~Internet connection has gone crazy in our place and our cable wires were destroyed because of the rain and wind.  So what did I/we do? watched Kung Fu Dunk.  My brother and I were laughing out loud with Jay Chou’s ‘I am stupid’ looks he made, with his innocent claps and I was  wowed by all those kung fu moves ^^( Except maybe for the part where the Kung Fu teachers/masters substitued the injured players)~i just think that they overdid it~  the movie was still entertaining after all..  Plus…  i liked the theme song. :) ~

A Time for Dogs and Wolves- #1 on Yahoo Drama Poll

‘A Time for Dogs…’ Ranked Number One on Yahoo! Drama Poll

A Time for Dogs and Wolves,” a drama series which aired on MBC last year, has been chosen by Korean and Japanese internet users as the best drama series of the year. According to the organizing committee of the annual Seoul Drama Awards, the drama received 60.1% of the total votes cast from September 4 to October 5 on Yahoo! Korea and Yahoo! Japan.

The recent poll was conducted solely online. A total of 16.8 million people cast their votes on Yahoo! Korea while 17.8 million people cast votes on Yahoo! Japan. However, as one person could cast votes more than once, the total number of votes is likely to be more than the actual number of people who took part in the poll.

2TV’s “Hong Gil-dong, the Hero” took the second spot with 36.9% while MBC’s “Coffee Prince” took the third spot with 2.0%. Actors that starred in “A Time for Dogs and Wolves” also topped the rankings. Lee Jun-ki and Nam Sang-mi shared the number one spot with 60.1% and 47.9%, respectively. Actor Kang Ji-hwan took the number two spot with 36.8% while Sung Yoo-ri took the number two spot in the female category with 39.1%.
